Rosemont Return Policy

Return Period:
You may request a return within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, provided that the product is in its original condition, unused, with the original packaging and all accessories. -
Non-Returnable Products:

Custom-made products (such as specially designed furniture)

Products that have been opened or used

Products that were self-assembled such as shelves, bathroom storage units, wall art, wall clocks, and decorative racks

How to Request a Return:
The customer must contact Customer Service via +20 1060254732 or through social media within 14 days of receiving the order.
In case of damage or defect, 3 photos or a video showing the issue must be sent within 24 hours of receiving the product.
If the customer changes their mind, only ready-made products can be returned, provided they are in their original condition, with all accessories and packaging. This does not apply to custom-made products. -
Refunds:

In case of defect or damage: A full refund will be issued.

In case of return without defects: 15% of the product value will be deducted in addition to the actual shipping cost.

Advance payments: In case of order cancellation or return, a percentage of administrative fees will be deducted (3% for Visa payments, 5% for ValU payments).

Return due to our error: We bear the shipping cost.

Return due to customer’s wish: The customer bears the shipping cost.

Exchanges:
Customers can request a product exchange within 14 days of receiving the item, provided the product is in its original condition, with all packaging and accessories. -
Order Cancellation:
Orders can be cancelled within 4 days from the order date. After that period, a deduction from the paid deposit may apply to compensate for the start of product manufacturing. -
Installation Service:
We offer installation services for products that require it, excluding self-installed items (such as shelves, bathroom storage units, wall art, wall clocks, and decorative racks). -
Product Inspection Upon Delivery:
Products must be inspected during delivery. If there is any visible damage or defect, the item should be refused.
If the product is not inspected at delivery, the customer may report defects within 3 days of receiving the item, along with 3 photos or a video showing the issue. -
Non-Eligible Products for Return:

Products that have been used or assembled by the customer

Products that exceed 30 days from the date of receipt

Products found to be defective due to misuse

Returning Defective Products:
If a product is received defective or damaged due to shipping or manufacturing faults, the customer must report it within 24 hours, with 3 photos or a video showing the damage.
The return or replacement request will be processed according to the stated policies. -
Refusing Product Upon Delivery:
If any damage, defect, or mismatch is noticed, the product can be refused upon delivery. In such cases, the product must be reported as defective within 24 hours of delivery. -

Refund Process:
The refund process begins once the returned product is confirmed.
It may take 5 to 14 business days depending on the bank’s policies.
Rosemont does not offer cash refunds. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (bank transfer, credit card, or ValU account). -
Product Removal from Website:
We reserve the right to remove any product from our website at any time without prior notice.
We may reject accepting orders after sending the order confirmation in exceptional cases. -
