4. Installment Orders

For installment payments (ValU or bank-financed):

  • Your order will be processed once approval is confirmed from the installment provider.

  • Administrative fees may apply depending on the service used.

5. Failed or Cancelled Payments

If your payment fails or you cancel the order:

  • No amount will be deducted in case of failure.

  • In case of a refund, please allow 5–14 business days depending on your bank or provider.

6. Invoices & Receipts

An electronic invoice is automatically issued for every order. For any clarification, you can reach us via customer service.
